Co-director of Prayer and Program (Part-Time)
This part-time position provides spiritual and operational leadership for Pathways Retreat, with particular focus on prayer practices, programs, and administration. This position collaborates with the Co-director of Land and Hospitality.
Pathways is a spiritual retreat center dedicated to rest, reflection, and renewal, nestled on 17 natural acres within the city of Goshen, Indiana. The grounds include walking trails and outdoor meditation spaces, alongside the indoor retreat house and cottage that welcome individuals and groups seeking sacred space and renewal.

- Be attentive to the spiritual health of the organization
- Discern and guide Christian prayer practices and nurture the prayer community
- Oversee spiritual programming and manage the Pathways Transformational Network
- Administer operational components of the organization
- Participate in key organizational and financial decisions alongside staff and Board committees in implementing the strategic plan
- Build relationships with donors and community partners to support the Pathways mission
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience or training in:
- Christian theology and contemplative spiritual formation
- Spiritual direction and leading prayer practices
- Program development and coordination
- Nonprofit governance and collaborative leadership
- Working in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in sociocratic governance is a plus
