Saturday, November 1, 9am-3pm Suggested donation: $75-100 Facilitated by Sara Klassen
Calling all dreamers! This group is for anyone who is curious about dreams and dreaming. Do you have a dream that has stuck with you that you want to explore? Do you have dreams but rarely remember them? Do you never dream but love hearing and learning from others’ dreams? Together we will experience various ways of perceiving and learning from dreams.
What parts of yourself might be trying to communicate a need or desire in dream language? How might the Divine be guiding you through your dream imagery? How are we all connected by dreaming?
We will contemplate these questions and practice various forms of individual and group dream exploration together. Participants are encouraged but not required to bring a dream to work on. We will be open to flowing with what is brought and whatever arises in our time together. Morning and afternoon sessions will blend group and pair work with time for individual rest and contemplation.
Following this program, participants will have a renewed sense of awe, curiosity and respect for their dreams and the unconscious realm that connects us all. They will take with them several new methods for engaging and playing with their dreams both individually and with others. This group is open to adults with varying experience of working with dreams. Space is limited to seven participants.

Sara Klassen has her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a focus on mindfulness and transpersonal (spiritual) integration. Through a previous three year training in Gestalt Pastoral Care, 200 hour yoga teacher training, and birth doula training, Sara has followed a thread of supporting people through life transitions and is uniquely positioned to provide holistic, integrative care. Grounded in body awareness and present moment attention, weaving together spiritual companioning with trauma healing, she brings a “calm in the storm” presence, steady and assured through the contractions and expansions of birth, death, rebirth…transformation. She believes that wholeness and health are already present and pushing forward within each person and it is her role as a guide to meet and mirror that emerging process for the people she works with.
In this first group offering, Sara is excited to dive into one of her favorite entry points for self exploration–dreams! “With their bizarre, poignant and unpredictable qualities, dreams help us enter the shadowy parts of ourselves with both playful curiosity and reverence, usually with a little more levity than traditional self work. Further, working through dreams in a group shines a light on our profound interconnectedness and the wisdom of the collective. I’m excited for this exploration!”
