Having many years of experience providing therapy in integrated healthcare settings, I have a strong value for and specialty in navigating our overall health from a multidisciplinary approach. I am recently employed at Bowen Center as well as have a private practice downtown Goshen, IN where I provide therapy and Spiritual direction.
I am passionate about tending to our spiritual beings, no matter which Higher power one is seeking. The benefits of Spiritual direction are the strengthening of one’s faith, companionship of deep listening in the seeking journey and meaning-making in the midst of life’s complexities. Places of worship offer collective experiences of spiritual growth. But where else can one go to attend to our spiritual health – the equivalent to a spiritual “sick appointment,” a check-up, or even a surgical intervention? Spiritual health is important and plays a vital role in our overall well-being.
I welcome people of all beliefs and am committed to reverence for the dignity, equality, rights and gifts of all persons. I offer a holistic and embodied approach. I trust your innate wisdom. I’d be delighted to accompany you on your journey towards wholeness!
