Saturday, August 16 9am-3pm Suggested Donation: $70-90 Facilitated by Karla Minter
Feeling the inner angst and emotional pain begin to take over, I made a practice of going outside, sitting at the patio table, looking at the trees, and breathing. “I don’t understand!” “Why did this happen?” “Where is God?” “Who and I, now?” These questions were never ending. How would life ever move on? Slowly, I found my way. What I didn’t know at the time, was that I was discovering a framework that would continue to be life-giving for myself and others - the framework of transitions. Join me, bringing your own story of transition, change, stuckness, and longing for new beginnings to this one day retreat, “Transition Journeys.” As a trained spiritual director and pastor, I will be your guide, providing meaningful input, experiential prayer practices, story, reflection, group discussion and guided solitude. I look forward to this journey with you!
