Gestalt Soul Care is an amalgam of spiritually-integrated Gestalt work, contemplative practice, coaching, 12-step wisdom, and aesthetic principles. Alexandra is a Gestalt Soul Care Mentor and ICF Certified ACC Coach, as well as a member and Lay Pastoral Care minister at the Church of the Holy Comforter in Vienna, VA, and has been commissioned there as a Gestalt Soul Care Mentor.
Gestalt Soul Care work rests on the belief that each person is already equipped with gifts for growth, healing and transformation. My role is to act as a sort of "midwife" in the “birthing” of your true self. We all have a story, and we all have places in our stories that need resolution and healing. Gestalt Soul Care facilitates the healing processes that are also freeing. Although we can't predict just how you will be healed, you can expect to be touched in body, mind, spirit, emotions and social/relational context - in a process that is tailored to you alone.  
Based in the metro Washington DC area, I am available in-person or online for individual work and for leading Gestalt Soul Care Retreats. All one-on-one sessions and retreats are Gestalt Soul Care are open and inclusive.
