Janell oversees daily administrative operations at Pathways and serves as a co-Land Steward. Her roles include administrative tasks (website, social media, scheduling, managing registrations, bookkeeping, etc.), overseeing volunteers, and working with the co-Land Steward to manage the woods and prairies at Pathways.
Janell is a graduate of Goshen College where she studied Environmental Science with a focus in Ecology. Janell's interests include mycology, ecology, fermentation, baking with sourdough, reading, and camping. Janell has been married to Jeremy for 15 years and they have two children.
