Pathways offers day retreat space to groups that seek a prayerful place to meet with outdoor space available. Types of groups that use our space include small groups, pastoral teams, church or nonprofit groups, planning committees or boards. At Pathways we strive to offer a space that allows your team to get away from the day-to-day and enter a place of rest and renewal.
“Gratitude” is the name of our sunlit main floor meeting room, which accommodates gatherings of up to 15 people. The kitchen is ready for hospitality, with a sink, dishwasher, full-size oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. Coffee, tea and filtered water are always available for guests, as well as trail mix. Folding tables and chairs can be arranged to meet your group's needs. Six and four foot rectangular tables and 3 foot round tables are available. There is also a whiteboard available upon request.
In addition to Gratitude, there are several other spaces in Pathways' Retreat House which can be reserved for your group:
Legacy house refers to the original Retreat House prior to the 2015 addition and is adjacent to Gratitude. This portion of the Retreat House includes a welcome room, library, and restroom on the main floor, and a prayer room on the upper floor which can hold up to six people who are comfortable with floor seating. Please note that the stairs to the upper floor in Legacy are quite steep and may be difficult to climb for some.
Lower Level Retreat Rooms
The lower level contains three small retreat rooms and a restroom. The retreat rooms can be used for small breakout groups of 2-3 or for individuals to use. Each room has three chairs and a desk.
For standard group rates see this page. Please note that these are suggested rates. If your group is not in a financial position to meet these rates, please contact us.
We are most to offer spaces to groups on Friday - Monday. There often isn't availability for groups Tuesday - Thursday.
