Pathways' Retreat House and Pavilion offer day retreat spaces to groups that seek a prayerful place to meet with outdoor space available. Types of groups that use our space include small groups, pastoral teams, church or nonprofit groups, planning committees or boards. At Pathways we strive to offer a space that allows your team to get away from the day-to-day and enter a place of rest and renewal.

“Gratitude” is the name of our sunlit main floor meeting room, which accommodates gatherings of up to 15 people. The kitchen is ready for hospitality, with a sink, dishwasher, full-size oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. Coffee, tea and filtered water are always available for guests, as well as trail mix. Folding tables and chairs can be arranged to meet your group's needs. Six and four foot rectangular tables and 3 foot round tables are available. A whiteboard, easel, and projector are available upon request.

The lower level contains three small retreat rooms and a restroom. The retreat rooms can be used for small breakout groups of 2-3 or for individuals to use. Each room has three chairs and a desk.
Our pavilion offers a sheltered outdoor space for groups to gather. Constructed primarily of reclaimed cedar from utility poles, the pavilion has plenty of natural light and surprisingly good acoustics. Tables, chairs, and tableware are all provided. Groups using the pavilion will also have access to the kitchen in Gratitude and the main entrance restroom. The pavilion is accessed via a concrete, wheelchair accessible sidewalk from the retreat house.
For standard group rates see this page. Please note that these are suggested rates. If your group is not in a financial position to meet these rates, please contact us.
Pathways staff will set up chairs and tables for your group in either Gratitude or the pavilion. If your group wishes to use both Gratitude and the pavilion during your time, you will be responsible for setup of chairs and tables in the pavilion.
We are most able to offer spaces to groups on Friday - Monday. Our spiritual directors are most active on Tuesday - Thursday, so there is limited availability for groups.
