What does it mean to move through the second half of life viewed through the lenses of spirituality, creativity and transformation? Through discussions and experiential exercises we will examine the common attributes of aging, as seen through these lenses. Meeting monthly, we will:
· explore ways to continue to express our creativity;
· consider the role spirituality plays in our aging process and our understanding of who we are;
· respond to the call for transformation as we harvest our life experiences and address our changing identities, our changing bodies, what needs to be surrendered and
released.
Underlying this will be awareness of the tasks and opportunities of aging; where and how meaning continues to be found in our lives; and the enriching roles of humor and playfulness as we age.
When: Saturdays
Oct. 9, Nov. 6, Dec. 4, Jan. 8, Feb. 5, March 5;
9:30-12:00am
Where: online via Zoom
Cost: $35/session, $210 total; Maximum of 8 participants
Registration deadline: October 1
Facilitator: Ruth Judy
